Museum bicentennial book launch/panel discussion – Sept 26

MSP Director, Carla Sinopoli, and MSP Steering Committee member, Kerstin Barndt, have collaborated on a UM bicentennial book to highlight the history of the university’s museum collections.  The book, “Object Lessons & the Formation of Knowledge,” presents a full color journey through the treasures of the University’s collections.

On September 26 at 5:00 pm a panel will discuss this book and focus on items from library collections at UM Hatcher Library.  Panelists include Martha Conway, director of the U-M Library’s Special Collections Library; Kevin Graffagnino, director of the Clements Library; and Terry McDonald, director of the Bentley Historical Library.
