“Afterthought – Remembering a Pandemic” Sept 28-30 at the University of Michigan

Five events comprise a special program spotlighting COVID commemoration as a form of political resistance. This program offers interactions with commemorative art, invites students and visitors to think about art as a form of political and social action, and includes multiple opportunities to interact with artists on campus. Additionally, art is proposed as a pathway for resisting the dominance of text in academic expression.  See program details here.
